For more than 40 years, the Bolzano Exhibition for Gastronomy and the Hotel Industry has been an important industry meeting place for trade visitors and will take place this year from 18 to 21 October.

This year's motto is "The future of hospitality is green. Point.". Sustainable tourism is not a short-lived trend in South Tyrol, but a lived reality. But what does sustainable tourism look like? What will future holiday seekers be looking for? How will the hospitality industry develop in the aftermath of the pandemic? Such questions are the focus this year and will be answered by more than 600 exhibitors.

Quatro, together with HEGEMATIC GmbH, will also participate in the exhibition and try to answer these questions and explain how we are doing our part for the post-pandemic hospitality. On all four days of the exhibition, some of our products will be on show at stand D23/46 in hall CD.
