Sherpa - Small and unassuming

Our MISO kitchen trolleys have a special feature, which is the fixing system called SHERPA. A system that makes it possible for anyone to modify their trolley to suit their needs.

With simple hand actions, the slides of the Gastronorm containers can be adjusted in height, removed easily or additional slides can be inserted. This makes the trolleys from our MISO family the ideal helpers for a kitchen where space is at a premium. 

The SHERPA may seem small and inconspicuous at first sight, but in reality, it is the complete opposite. This system was developed 2 years ago and is therefore not yet so well known, but everyone who knows it won't want to imagine being without it. 

The fixation system is made of nylon, which means that the trolley with the fixations can stand in refrigeration or freezer cells without any problems and even slightly warmer temperatures do not affect the holders. The SHERPA is made of two parts: an inner shell, which gives additional stability, and an outer shell, which is also the holder for the slide. Another detail about the fixation is the colour. The colour is of course our Quatro red, which adds a little personal touch.
